Terms of Use and Community Rules

These terms govern Big smile, Good fortune, operated by the operator of DailySmile Studio, and its friend-to-friend photo feature.

1. Age and account

You must be at least 14 years old to use the app. You are responsible for your account security and for confirming before sign-in that you are at least 14 years old.

2. Consent before sending

You must accept these rules before first sending a photo. Send only photos you took or have the right to share, and respect the rights and wishes of people shown and the recipient.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

• Sexual exploitation, pornography, child-harmful, or illegal content
• Graphic violence, hate, harassment, threats, or impersonation
• Photos that invade privacy or may cause harm without consent
• Content that infringes copyright, publicity, or other rights
• Spam, repeated sending, abuse, security bypass, or service disruption

4. Blocking and safety contact

This feature permits only one-to-one sharing between mutually connected friends. Recipients can block a sender in friend management. Blocking removes the friendship and pending requests and restricts new requests and photo sends. Contact customer support below about illegal content, rights violations, or safety concerns.

You can also open ⋯ > Report on the photo viewing screen and select a reason to report that photo. Blocking the sender is optional; you may submit a report without blocking. The operator reviews submitted reports and takes appropriate action. If a reported photo remains within its retention period, an authorized operator may view it only to the minimum extent necessary to handle the report. If the photo can no longer be opened, use the customer support contact below.

5. Restrictions

We may restrict content, friend features, or an account for violations, unlawful conduct, or abuse. Urgent safety or legal action may occur without advance notice.

6. Photos and smile reactions

Before a photo is first opened, the app separately explains and obtains consent for front-camera smile analysis. The photo, camera, and countdown do not start before consent. The result and smile score are shown first and are shared only when the user chooses whether to include the reaction photo and taps Send.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when features or laws change. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the public page.
